Job summary

Technical Partners is seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our Ellesmere Port team. This genuine 360 recruitment role involves developing client relationships, sourcing and placing candidates, and growing a specialist desk.

You’ll be supported by experienced leaders, established client relationships, technology, marketing support and a clear career pathway to progress to senior roles.

Qualifications

• Previous recruitment experience, ideally within a specialist, technical or professional services environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial awareness and confidence negotiating with clients.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, organised and resilient.
• Strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage and win new client opportunities.
• Build and manage your own portfolio of clients.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and networking.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification through to placement.
• Maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
