Fuse Energy in London, England is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to attract and close world-class talent across engineering, hardware, trading and quant. You will own full-cycle hiring and partner closely with hiring managers to meet Fuse's ambitious growth plans.

Responsibilities include developing tailored sourcing strategies for software and hardware engineering, data science, and trading roles; screening for technical excellence and cultural fit; driving pipeline activity and smooth

Qualifications

3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in technical roles (software, hardware, trading, quant, data science).
Experience hiring at high-bar companies or scaling tech teams.
Ability to identify and close candidates with niche skill sets.
Strong relationship-building across all levels of an org.

Responsibilities

Develop tailored sourcing strategies to engage top-tier talent across software and hardware engineering, trading and data science.
Screen and assess candidates for technical excellence and cultural fit.
Run high-quality processes: drive pipeline activity, facilitate debriefs and ensure seamless candidate experiences.
Negotiate offers and close world-class talent in competitive markets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their needs and timelines.
