Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to partner with hiring across our Maritime Division. You will own end-to-end recruiting for engineering roles, from sourcing to closing, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in technical recruiting, startup or tech experience, and proven ability to manage high-volume pipelines with a data-driven approach, helping scale Anduril's world-class teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years internal experience recruiting and sourcing for technical roles.
• Experience hiring candidates within all facets of engineering—software, hardware, or both.
• 4+ years of client interaction with Hiring Managers and Directors.
• Experience acting consultatively to improve outcomes and candidate experience.
• Strong understanding of engineering skills and roles.
• Clear communication to understand motivation and fit.
• Experience managing multiple candidate funnels and pipeline progress.
• Familiar with ATS and HRIS systems.
• Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues.

Responsibilities

• Move fast with sourcing and tracking a high volume of candidates.
• Partner with business leaders to influence talent strategy.
• Scale and manage company growth with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Understand product, roadmap, and team culture to pitch opportunities.
• Close exceptional technical talent for the organization.
• Analyze pipeline data to identify opportunities.
• Develop recruiting strategies for long-range growth.
• Conduct interviews and assess interview-to-offer ratios.
• Engage passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Boolean strings.
• Provide a consistent, positive candidate experience with proactive communication.
