Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to manage all interview scheduling and logistics, collaborating with recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers, and interviewers. You will drive a seamless candidate experience, coordinate across multiple teams and time zones, and help identify process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, Recruiting, or a similar administrative role at a fast-paced, growing company.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on providing good customer service and proven success building strong internal stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage all logistics related to interview scheduling from receipt of scheduling request to conclusion of interview process.
• Process requests across different teams, time zones, and locations.
• Assist prospective candidates with travel and hotel accommodations.
• Update candidate records in Greenhouse (ATS) and ModernLoop (scheduling tool).
• Navigate interviewers' schedules and work with interviewers who have executive assistants.
• Correspond with candidates via phone, text, and email to maintain engagement.
• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve interview processes and scheduling efficiency.
• Greet candidates and facilitate onsite interview process to ensure an excellent experience.
• Build relationships with recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers, interviewers and the recruiting coordination team.
• Participate in onboarding of new team members and contribute to team meetings and events.
