Job summary

Convatec is seeking a Lead Technical Project Manager to oversee Advanced Wound Care NPD and lifecycle projects within the Next Generation Adaptive Platform. You will drive cross-functional collaboration across R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Operations and Commercial teams to ensure scope, timing and budget alignment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience delivering New Product Development projects in a medical device company.
• Good understanding of ISO 13485 and design controls.
• Prior experience developing wound care products is strongly preferred.
• Strong proficiency with MS Word, MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Teams, Outlook and related tools.
• Excellent communication skills; clear, timely, and effective in diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Consistently project manage and deliver high priority projects on time and within scope and budget.
• Establish and nurture a high-performing cross-functional team culture.
• Create detailed project plans with resources and timing to finish each project.
• Coordinate with finance for annual budget planning and monthly spend projections.
• Develop and maintain effective communication plans for stakeholders.
• Review schedules with senior management and adapt plans as needed.
• Mitigate risks and escalate issues to enable timely resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with Design Controls and IDEAL product development processes.
