Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Technical Project Manager III to lead complex technology initiatives within CIB Technology. You will partner with engineering, product, architecture, operations and business stakeholders to plan, govern, and deliver initiatives that drive value for clients and the firm.

The role emphasizes strong communication, risk management, and the application of enterprise AI capabilities to TPM workflows, with focus on delivering measurable outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on technical program management concepts.
• Ability to translate business and technical objectives into structured plans and milestones.
• Proven experience leading through the project lifecycle and influencing decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to build cross-functional partnerships.
• Broad technical fluency and comfort collaborating with engineers/architects; familiarity with modern tooling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans with requirements, resources, dependencies, and timelines.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage RAID items, and implement contingency plans.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define scope, milestones, and deliverables.
• Drive delivery governance with status reporting and governance materials.
• Apply technical fluency to support solution planning and coordinate with vendors.
• Enable Agile delivery by supporting ceremonies and maintaining delivery transparency.
• Use delivery metrics to assess performance and improve predictability and execution.
• Support AI/ML and data initiatives by coordinating stakeholders and aligning requirements.
