Job summary

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on technical program management concepts in a large organization.
• Experience supporting cross-functional technology initiatives with multiple stakeholders and timelines.
• Strong analytical skills to track program performance and support data-driven decisions (KPIs/OKRs).
• Knowledge of risk, dependency, and issue management including RAID artifacts and escalation plans.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall and hybrid environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for status updates and stakeholder materials.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end program execution for large-scale transformation initiatives with clearly defined scope and milestones.
• Create and maintain integrated plans across workstreams with timelines, resourcing, dependencies, and rollout considerations.
• Translate requirements into actionable plans and surface delivery risks and trade-offs.
• Own delivery governance inputs, RAID logs, status reporting, and steering/forum materials.
• Support Agile and hybrid delivery cadences (sprint planning, PI planning, retrospectives, metrics).
• Identify and mitigate risks, coordinate issue resolution, and escalate as needed.
• Develop data-driven reporting and insights using dashboards to communicate progress and trends.
• Assist with stakeholder engagement, change readiness, workshops, and training coordination.
• Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency in delivery workflows.
• Explore AI fluency and agent-based tools for status automation and portfolio insights.
