Qualifications

• Experience leading complex technology projects/programs in large organizations.
• Experience using AI-assisted planning and validating outputs.
• Advanced stakeholder management to influence cross-functional teams and clients.
• Proven ability to manage resources, budgets and high-performing teams in agile environments.
• Ability to break down objectives into manageable tasks using analytical reasoning.
• Ability to work independently and with ETS technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans with technical requirements, resources and timelines.
• Utilize enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate program planning and risk synthesis, ensuring data sensitivity handling.
• Identify and mitigate risks, implement contingency plans to maintain momentum.
• Collaborate with engineering, product and business stakeholders to define scope, objectives and deliverables.
• Analyze program performance and implement data-driven improvements for efficiency.
• Champion agile delivery and continuous improvement within the team.
• Promote AI-assisted governance and reporting with human review.
