Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in technical program management.
• Experience using enterprise AI capabilities with validation and data sensitivity awareness.
• Ability to review AI-assisted plans and escalate when uncertain.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional influence.
• Proven track record managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in agile environments.
• Experience leading transformation programs across large multi-team tech orgs, ideally regulated.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and software architecture to engage with engineering leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans with technical requirements and timelines.
• Use enterprise‑authorized AI capabilities to accelerate planning and risk synthesis.
• Identify and mitigate risks and implement contingency plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables.

• Champion agile delivery and continuous improvement.
