Job summary

You will set vision, partner with Traders and Quants, and drive end-to-end delivery with a production-first mindset. You will build and mentor a high-performing team, implement secure coding standards, and advance AI-enabled engineering across the SDLC, ensuring reliability, observability, and rapid change management

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading engineering teams.
• Experience in Commodities front office tech.
• Strong Python or leadership of Python-based stack.
• Experience with AI-enabled engineering models.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the technology strategy for desk workflow and tooling.
• Partner with Traders and Leaders to deliver value.
• Represent desk technology in senior forums.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery across the SDLC.
• Establish delivery rhythms and production-first culture.
• Lead design and delivery of integrated workflows.
• Coordinate cross-team releases with change management.
• Set and enforce engineering standards for architecture, security, CI/CD.
• Lead AI-enabled engineering initiatives and governance.
• Resolve complex production incidents.
