Job summary

Virtusa is seeking a Technical Program Manager to orchestrate large-scale, cross-functional programs spanning engineering, product, and design. You will ensure platform capabilities are delivered on time, at scale, and with high quality to support millions of users.

You’ll work with leadership to define scope, milestones, and metrics, and use Jira/Confluence to track progress. You will drive agile practices, manage risks, and align roadmaps with business priorities while fostering collaboration

Qualifications

6+ years of program or project management experience in a tech environment.
Proven track record delivering complex cross-functional programs at scale.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Java, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) with DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale, multi-team programs including platform and API initiatives.
Partner with engineering leaders to define scope, milestones, and success metrics.
Create and maintain roadmaps aligned with business priorities and product strategy.
Identify risks early and remove blockers to keep teams moving forward.
Facilitate cross-team communication and keep stakeholders informed from engineers to executives.
Champion agile practices and operational excellence across the organization.
