Job summary

SoSafe is expanding its platform teams and seeking a Technical Program Manager to orchestrate large-scale, multi-team initiatives. You will partner with Product, Engineering, and GTM stakeholders to sequence work, surface risk early, and ensure smooth delivery across dependent teams.

You will drive adoption of platform capabilities and manage migrations with critical downstream impact, delivering measurable outcomes and improving delivery health across the org.

Qualifications

• Experience running complex cross-functional technical programs.
• Ability to participate in engineering conversations and influence decisions.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguity with minimal processes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for multi-team programs.
• Collaborate with Product Management and GTM stakeholders on platform changes.
• Drive adoption of shared platform capabilities across teams.
• Manage multi-team migrations with dependencies and constraints.
• Maintain dependency maps, risk logs, decision records, and regular check-ins.
• Quantify delivery health and use trends to drive improvements.
