J.P. Morgan is seeking a Technical Project Manager III to support planning and delivery of complex technology initiatives across teams and platforms.

You will collaborate with program leads, engineering, architecture, product, and business to drive successful delivery. The role emphasizes risk management, governance, and data-driven reporting, with an emphasis on agile and hybrid delivery, stakeholder engagement, and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on technical program management concepts and advanced applied experience within a large organization.
• Experience supporting cross-functional technology initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, systems, and delivery timelines.
• Strong analytical skills to track program performance and support data-driven decisions.

Responsabilités

• Support end-to-end program execution for large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Build and maintain integrated plans across workstreams with timelines and dependencies.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, product, and business to translate requirements into actionable plans.
• Own delivery hygiene and governance inputs, including RAID logs and status reporting.
• Drive iterative delivery practices by supporting Agile and hybrid delivery cadences.
• Identify and mitigate risks and blockers, coordinating resolution with program leadership.
• Develop data-driven reporting and insights for stakeholders.
• Enable stakeholder engagement and change readiness through communications and workshops.
• Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency in delivery workflows.
• Build AI fluency and apply agentic tools/agents where appropriate to improve delivery.
