Job summary

Wrightbus is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead technical project delivery across the Wrightbus group. The role reports to the CIO and sits within the Office of the CTO, with initial focus on the Connected Vehicle programme to enable ACP, Telematics and Uptime 365, and related technology initiatives.

You will own delivery end-to-end, coordinate across engineering, data and digital teams, manage budgets and resources, and drive adoption of new systems while setting standards for

Qualifications

• Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience in a technical, IT, data or business discipline.
• 5+ years managing technical projects in IT, data or digital environments.
• Hands-on end-to-end delivery experience and driving change to adoption.
• Strong stakeholder management across business, executive and technical audiences.
• Full project-management toolkit: planning, scheduling, budgets, risk / issue and dependency management, governance and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to engage with engineers and executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Connected Vehicle programme end-to-end across engineering, data and digital.
• Own technology projects across Data, Digital and IT, including budgeting and resourcing.
• Align stakeholders to a shared plan and present executive options.
• Drive adoption by removing blockers and escalating decisions when needed.
• Utilize AI tooling to accelerate planning and reporting and set responsible use standards.
