Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Lead Technical Project Manager for Compute Infrastructure Platforms (CIP) to steer high-impact infrastructure programs from concept to delivery.

You will partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders, navigating ambiguity and driving accountability across multi-project portfolios. You will manage resources, budgets, and cross-functional teams while applying analytical thinking and AI-enabled practices to accelerate planning and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Applied experience leading complex technology programs and projects in a large organisation.
• Proactive, self-accountable, adaptable with strong risk and controls mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, able to deliver executive summaries and presentations.
• Strong technical fluency across compute, network, storage, and runtime products.
• Proven track record of managing resources, budgets and high-performing teams in agile settings.
• Demonstrated analytical reasoning to break down objectives into tasks and actions.
• Experience using enterprise AI capabilities to support program workflows with proper validation.
• Ability to review AI-assisted plans and escalate when uncertain.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of complex infrastructure programs, developing and executing multi-program plans with clear dependencies and timelines.
• Establish and maintain portfolio governance, prioritisation, sequencing, milestones, and reporting.
• Break down complex objectives into manageable tasks and activities to drive execution across workstreams.
• Own portfolio-level risk and issue management, identify cross-program risks, and implement mitigations.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with product groups, location support, architects, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Monitor execution, track progress, adjust schedules and resourcing, and provide status updates to executives.
• Improve delivery discipline and standardise operating cadence (RAID, logs, dependency tracking).
• Leverage enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate planning and risk synthesis with proper data handling.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted governance and reporting with human review.
