Job summary

You will drive delivery of complex technology programs, blending program leadership with data engineering depth to shape modern data platforms and products in a regulated financial services environment. You will lead cross-functional teams, produce executive-level updates, and champion agile delivery and governance to ensure alignment with business goals and risk

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading complex technology programs in large organizations.
• Experience using enterprise AI capabilities to support program management workflows.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive reporting skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and resources in fast-paced, agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans with technical requirements, resources and timelines.
• Own end-to-end CI/CD management for program delivery and establish release processes.
• Utilize enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate planning and risk synthesis while ensuring data sensitivity compliance.
• Identify and mitigate risks, address roadblocks, and implement contingency plans to maintain momentum.
• Collaborate with engineering, product and business stakeholders to define scope, objectives and deliverables.
• Produce executive-level dashboards and memos translating technical topics into actionable insights for senior leaders.
• Apply advanced analytics to monitor performance and drive data-driven improvements.
• Champion agile delivery, governance routines and a culture of learning and innovation.
