About the job:

This role requires deep technical understanding, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle. You will collaborate with developers, designers, and leadership to define roadmaps, requirements, and launch new products. Responsibilities:

• Lead product development and roadmap: Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch analysis, define user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows for development teams.

• Translate technical concepts: Convert complex technical ideas into clear requirements, evaluate solutions, and prioritize features based on feasibility, impact, and customer value.

• Market research: Conduct customer discovery and market analysis to understand and communicate our product’s value proposition.

• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with developers, designers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

• Ensure quality and timely delivery: Organize testing, gather feedback, and ensure features meet standards and deadlines.

• Minimum 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in a technical role.

• Excellent communication skills for bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Proficiency in agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Asana.

• Strong understanding of microservices, P2P systems, JavaScript.

• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities remotely.

• Experience in defining, tracking, and reporting KPIs; familiarity with A/B testing or similar methods is a plus.

• Experience leading AI and P2P projects is advantageous.

• Hands-on JavaScript development experience with frameworks like Node.js, React, or Angular is beneficial.
