About the job:

This role requires deep technical understanding, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle. You will collaborate with developers, designers, and leadership to define roadmaps, requirements, and launch new products. It’s an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals to contribute to impactful launches in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end product development from ideation to post-launch analysis, including defining user stories and managing backlogs.

• Translate complex technical concepts into clear requirements, evaluate solutions, and prioritize features based on feasibility, impact, and value.

• Conduct market research and customer discovery to understand the value proposition.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure delivery.

• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality features, organize testing, and gather feedback.

• Minimum 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in a technical role.

• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Proficiency in agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Asana.

• Strong understanding of microservices, P2P systems, JavaScript.

• Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities remotely.

• Ability to define, track, and report on KPIs; experience with A/B testing is a plus.

• Experience with AI and P2P projects is a plus.

• Hands-on JavaScript development experience (Node.js, React, Angular) is a plus.
