Salt has partnered with a leading Series B funded B2B Platform scale-up building AI-driven decision technology transforming the Insurance Industry.

The platform is highly complex, providing the ability to build powerful tools from scratch, deploy changes at speed and scale, create seamless workflows with ease, all whilst considering context, data, business rules, and compliance.

As a Senior Product Manager, you'll join some of the brightest Product and Engineering minds in the industry, working on highly technically complex problems while pushing the boundaries of what's possible. You'll own a specific component of their core platform focused on modelling, requiring strong platform thinking and technical skills.

While complex and challenging, there is significant opportunity for impact and the chance to set the gold standard for modelling.

Here are a few key requirements:

• Past experience working as a software engineer.
• Experience shipping products for Developers or owning Developer experience.
• Experience working with technically complex, B2B SaaS products.
• Ideally, experience in regulated industries (Insurance, Fintech).
• Bonus points for experience working with data science or Python.
