Job summary

Allianz UK is seeking a Principal Technical Pricing Analyst to shape models, methods and mindset across motor pricing, guiding junior members and partnering with stakeholders to deliver robust, data-driven insights.

You’ll lead development and review of pricing models, deliver credibility and oversight, and drive innovation through advanced analytics, data preparation and cross-functional collaboration within a hybrid UK office environment.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of statistical modelling methods (GLMs/GBMs).
• Experience with large data sources and advanced analytics.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Devising, developing and validating pricing models and plans.
• Lead development, enhancement and review of pricing models with data preparation and credibility techniques.
• Back testing and impact analysis to adjust pricing decisions.
