Job summary

LA International is seeking a Technical Project Manager to drive Agile delivery across multiple workstreams in the financial/banking sector. Hybrid work arrangement and outside IR35.

You will lead end-to-end technology programmes, coordinating across Product Owners, Engineering, QA and business stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and governance. The ideal candidate has at least five years in technology programme management, strong SAFe/Scrum experience, and a solid understanding of software

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering large-scale technology programmes in enterprise environments.
• Minimum five years in Technology Programme or Project Management.
• Experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum and SAFe.
• Experience with release planning, testing, deployment and change.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology programmes and product releases across multiple teams and domains.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans, release plans, milestones, budgets, and delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering, Architecture, QA and stakeholders to deliver scalable technology solutions.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
• Manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) with timely mitigation and exec visibility.
• Coordinate release planning, testing, deployment, and post-release support activities.
• Monitor delivery KPIs and programme metrics to improve execution and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with technology governance, security and operational standards.
• Foster collaboration, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence across teams.
• Communicate progress, risks and status to senior stakeholders and exec leadership.
