Job summary

N Consulting Global is seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong Banking/Financial Services domain expertise to lead and deliver complex transformation and technology projects in Glasgow. You will drive end-to-end delivery, manage scope, timelines and budgets while coordinating with senior stakeholders and vendors.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in PM, solid risk management and communication skills, and proficiency with Jira, Confluence, MS Project or Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Project Management experience, preferably in Banking/Financial Services.
• Experience delivering transformation or technology projects.
• Strong stakeholder, leadership, communication, and risk-management skills.
• Strong knowledge of banking processes and regulatory environments.

• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal governance standards.
• Deliver projects using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.

Key Requirements

• 10+ years of Project Management experience, preferably within Banking/Financial Services.
• Strong experience managing complex transformation or technology projects.
• Excellent stakeholder, leadership, communication, and risk-management skills.
• Strong knowledge of banking processes and regulatory environments.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile / Scrum certification is desirable.
