Job summary

Version 1 is seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 10+ years of experience in React, Node.js and AWS to design and implement scalable software solutions. The role requires deep architectural knowledge and hands-on leadership to guide and mentor development teams.

Responsibilities include designing architecture, leading technical teams, coordinating with project managers and stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement across the software lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of software development experience with at least 3 years in technical leadership in product development or services.
• Strong expertise in Node.js, Express.js, and related frameworks.
• Good experience in React or similar front-end technologies.
• Good experience and certification in AWS cloud platform.
• In-depth knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns.
• Experience with microservices architecture and cloud-native applications.
• Good experience with database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, and data modeling.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Good experience with DevOps practices and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, etc.
