Job summary

Version 1 is seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 10+ years in software development and 3+ years in leadership. You will design and implement scalable architectures for React/Node.js applications running on AWS, and mentor the team to deliver robust software products.

The role requires hands-on leadership, architectural design, and collaboration with project managers and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. Hybrid work model with business travel included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 10+ years of software development, with 3+ years in technical leadership.
• Strong Node.js, Express.js and AWS cloud experience.
• Front-end experience with React or similar technologies.
• Experience with microservices and cloud-native apps.
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and data modeling.
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins).

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead with over 10+ years of expertise in React, Nodejs and AWS to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing robust, scalable, and high-performance software solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of software architecture principles, hands-on experience with modern technologies, and the ability to lead and mentor development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Architectural Design:


• Design and develop high-quality software architecture and technical solutions that meet business requirements.


• Ensure the architecture is scalable, maintainable, and secure.


• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality product platform.


• Technical Leadership:


• Lead and mentor development teams in the implementation of architectural solutions.


• Provide technical guidance and support to team members.


• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.


• Project Management:


• Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and other architects to ensure successful project delivery.


• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals.


• Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues.


• Continuous Improvement:


• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.


• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in technical leadership role in product development or services environment.


• Strong expertise in Nodejs, Express.js, and related frameworks.


• Good experience in React or similar front-end technologies.


• Good experience and certification in AWS cloud platform.


• In-depth knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns.


• Experience with microservices architecture and cloud-native applications.


• Good experience in database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, and data modeling.


• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


• Strong communication and leadership skills.


• Good experience with DevOps practices and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, etc.
