DWP. Digital with Purpose. in the UK is seeking a Senior Technical Lead to steer the technical direction of large-scale cloud platforms and services. You will work with Product and Delivery teams to tackle complex challenges and deliver improved outcomes for users.

You will provide technical leadership across engineering teams, drive modern DevOps practices, automation and cloud technologies, and help build secure, resilient services while enhancing performance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Significant experience designing and delivering secure cloud-based solutions.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex organisations.
• Strong DevOps expertise, including CI/CD, IaC, automation and observability.
• Experience leading Engineers in agile environments and coaching teams.

Responsibilities

• Shape the technical direction of large-scale cloud platforms and services.
