The Senior Technical Lead - CSO Packaging & Labelling at Bristol Myers Squibb is a pivotal role based at our Moreton site. You will own end-to-end packaging and labelling projects across multiple clinical studies, guiding cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure compliant, timely delivery.

You will apply deep packaging expertise, SAP proficiency, and a quality-first mindset to drive process improvements and leverage AI tools to enhance performance in our clinical supply network.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical packaging with leadership in global projects.
• Hands-on clinical supply packaging and labelling project management.
• Understanding of cGMP and regulatory requirements governing clinical supply.
• Strong SAP knowledge related to process orders and purchasing.
• Experience managing outsourced and CMO relationships.
• Deviations owner or readiness to be trained, with root-cause analysis capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of clinical supplies across studies, translating study requirements into packaging, labelling and production plans.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, coordinating inputs like drug product, packaging components, randomisation files and label text.
• Own project execution, identify risks, resolve issues and coordinate cross-functional activities.
• Provide technical expertise in clinical packaging, demand management and project execution to cross-functional teams.
• Represent CSO on site and global initiatives to improve processes and ways of working.
• Develop, review and improve procedures and supporting documentation across the organisation.
