Job summary

Workday, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Technical Consultant to lead integration initiatives, align client requirements with scalable API solutions, and present our technology offerings to stakeholders.

You will own the end-to-end integration lifecycle for client engagements, collaborating with sales, implementation, and engineering teams to ensure successful deliveries. The role emphasizes hands-on API work, frequent client interaction, and mentoring of junior consultants, with a flexible hybrid

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical consulting, integration architecture, or project implementation leadership.
• Hands-on use of API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI.
• Deep experience with API technologies: REST, SOAP, JSON, XML across the API lifecycle.
• Experience with Workday integrations and related certifications.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical liaison for integration projects across client engagements.
• Design, deliver and maintain integrations via APIs for cloud HR/recruiting systems with emphasis on quality and scalability.
• Lead solution design sessions, translate client needs into architectures and delivery plans.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to reusable assets and playbooks.
