Qualifications

• Familiarity with authentication/authorization concepts (OAuth) and API gateways.
• Experience collaborating across time zones (US/UK) and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Connectivity engineers across London and partner sites.
• Define the team's roadmap with stakeholders and align with product and security teams.
• Drive reliability, governance, and enterprise-grade proxy infrastructure for external integrations.
• Mentor engineers, manage performance, and foster an inclusive culture.
• Represent the team in engineering management discussions and cross-org initiatives.
