Job description

Working for this 'long running' housing association in central Bath, you will be based in the technical team of a 'solid business' that is expected to have another great year in 2023. They have many sites lined up, with more to come throughout the year within an hour from the office.

Role Overview

You will be leading projects from pre-planning through to completion, working closely with internal disciplines. This is a varied role where you will oversee drawing information from external consultants and provide technical advice to other areas of the business to facilitate project progression.

Candidate Requirements

• Good understanding of construction legislation and CDM techniques.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Previous experience working for a developer or an architectural or engineering consultancy.
• Minimum of an HNC in a relevant discipline.
