Job Title: Senior Technical Consultant – Healthcare Informatics Solutions

Role Overview: As a Senior Technical Consultant, you are responsible for following defined procedures and methodologies to install, configure, test, maintain, and support hardware and software solutions. You collaborate with customers across Europe to conceptualize, design, and optimize Philips solutions, ensuring customer success.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Scope, design, build, deploy, and/or integrate ICCA solutions.
2. Fulfill software implementation deliverables, such as detailed design documentation, system build, configuration, and testing.
3. Analyze customer requirements to design and integrate appropriate solutions.
4. Provide technical recommendations suited to customer environments.
5. Mentor and train customers to maintain their systems.
6. Resolve technical issues and support proactively.
7. Share knowledge globally and improve processes.
8. Maintain configuration management and version control.
9. Follow the Philips Excellence Process Framework.
10. Be a key member of the implementation and/or service team, fostering collaboration.
11. Drive improvements based on customer feedback.
12. Represent Philips professionally in all interactions.

Team and Reporting: You will be part of the ICCA S&SD team across Europe, reporting to the UKI, Benelux & Nordics operations manager.

Ideal Candidate:

1. Bachelor’s/Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering, with relevant certifications.
2. 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in healthcare.
3. Strong English communication skills; Dutch is a plus.
4. Willing to travel 10-20% across Europe.
5. Location: The Netherlands or United Kingdom.

Additional Information: This is a field role, primarily outside the company's main facilities, at customer or supplier locations.
