Job summary

Marsh in Norwich is seeking a Claims Analyst or Senior Claims Analyst to join the Claims team. The role is hybrid, requiring at least three days in the office and involves working on large, complex, global insurance contracts with multiple insurers and high-value placements.

The position offers exposure to the commercial insurance industry and the opportunity to develop expertise while working autonomously to deliver outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Receive, handle and manage new claim notification, updates and collection requests.
• Negotiate with Insurers to achieve cost-effective settlements for Clients.
• Review and interpret policy wordings to obtain the best settlements for Clients.
• Meet standards of accuracy, service and performance targets as per Client SLA's.
• Handle and case manage claims, contributing to resolution of complex issues.
