Job summary
Cadent Foundation is seeking a Technical Assurance Manager to provide specialist technical leadership and assure safe, compliant and high-quality delivery of major capital projects. You will oversee welding, NDT, coating and painting, hydrotesting, bolting and materials compliance, guiding project teams, contractors and stakeholders through the lifecycle.
This hybrid role offers potential to shape QA processes and contribute to up to £200m of capital investment annually within the Safety &
Qualifications
- Technical Assurance leadership and oversight across major capital delivery projects.
- Experience in gas infrastructure, high‑pressure gas distribution assets and pipelines.
- Understanding of welding procedures, NDT techniques and specialist inspection activities.
- Knowledge of CDM Regulations and quality management systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical assurance across project lifecycle and lead specialist methodologies.
- Influence future strategy for welding, inspection and material compliance within Capital Delivery.
- Support project teams, contractors and senior stakeholders to ensure safe, compliant delivery.
