Job summary

Residential Management Group (RMG) is seeking a Senior Technical Accountant to own the financial onboarding of new managements and support service charge accounts across the portfolio. This role is office-based, 5 days a week at our Hoddesdon offices, with a commitment to an inclusive recruitment process and flexible start times where possible.

You will load data into finance systems, liaise with auditors and clients, and ensure the accuracy of complex financial information from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing service charge accounts.
• Understanding leases and industry best practice.
• Excellent client service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and reconcile financial data from previous managing agents.
• Load financial information onto our finance systems, including customer debt.
• Prepare the first set of accounts for new managements.
• Liaise with auditors, Property Managers and clients to resolve queries.
• Identify missing financial information across the wider business.
• Support preparation of key client service charge accounts.
