Job summary

Nerdio, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to own the post-sale technical relationship for a portfolio of Enterprise accounts, driving adoption and environment health across Nerdio Manager, AVD, Windows 365 and Intune.

You will partner with Customer Success, manage onboarding and renewals, mentor junior TAMs, and ensure customers realize full product value through proactive optimization and strategic reviews.

Qualifications

• Account management background.
• 5–8 years+ of experience in account management, consulting, or professional services.
• Strong technical background in cloud computing, infrastructure, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience deploying and optimizing VDI environments, especially AVD.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and implementation for Enterprise accounts, including environment review and runbooks.
• Manage a book of Enterprise accounts and serve as primary technical contact.
• Provide technical advisory and day-to-day support across Nerdio Manager and AVD/Azure ecosystem.
• Identify risks, coordinate with Sales, Support, and Product to mitigate churn.
• Collect and analyze customer data to drive insights and value realization.
• Lead expansion opportunities and relay product feedback to roadmap teams.
• Maintain CRM records and coordinate training with the team.
