Qualifications

• Lead peers effectively in technical standards setting.
• Ensure clear communication and support to customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Support Engineers for quality control.
• Review case documentation for depth and clarity.
• Monitor and manage Support queue and SLA adherence.
