Nationwide Recruitment Service (NRS) is seeking a Senior IT Recruitment Consultant to lead a high-growth technology desk in Birmingham. You will own the full cycle, from business development to placement, building enduring client relationships and a personal brand in Software Engineering, Data & AI, Cloud, Cyber Security, ERP, Product or Digital.

This is a Birmingham-based, high-ownership role with uncapped commission, a strong earning potential and a supportive, collaborative environment

Qualifications

• Demonstrable success as a 360 recruitment consultant, ideally within technology recruitment.
• Strong billing record with evidence of winning and developing new clients.
• Deep knowledge of a technology recruitment specialism and confidence engaging senior decision-makers.
• Drive to build a personal brand and long-term partnerships to maximise earnings.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment cycle from business development to placement.
• Develop and manage client relationships with a technology focus.
• Engage with senior decision-makers to secure opportunities and wins.
• Build and scale your own desk with market ownership in Birmingham.
