Nationwide Recruitment Service (NRS) is seeking a Senior IT Recruitment Consultant to lead a high-growth technology desk in Birmingham. You will own the full cycle, from business development to placement, building enduring client relationships and a personal brand in Software Engineering, Data & AI, Cloud, Cyber Security, ERP, Product or Digital.

This is a Birmingham-based, high-ownership role with uncapped commission, a strong earning potential and a supportive, collaborative environment

Qualificações

• Demonstrable success as a 360 recruitment consultant, ideally within technology recruitment.
• Strong billing record with evidence of winning and developing new clients.

Nationwide Recruitment Service (NRS) is seeking a senior IT recruitment consultant for their high-growth recruitment business and an experienced 360 Technology Recruitment Consultant to build and scale a specialist desk in Birmingham.

This role is for a proven biller who thrives on winning business, owning client relationships, and converting opportunities into placements. You will have the autonomy to develop a technology market aligned to your expertise, whether that is Software Engineering, Data & AI, Cloud, Cyber Security, ERP, Product or Digital.
