Job summary

Permanent People Rec2Rec is seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join a growing specialist team in the Technology and Business Change markets. You will inherit an established client base and also win new business, shaping the future growth of the permanent division.

You will manage the full lifecycle for permanent Digital, Data and Technology appointments, build long-term client relationships and drive candidate opportunities with a consultative, autonomous approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in Digital, Data or Technology recruitment.
• Strong track record of business development and account management.
• Experience managing the full 360 recruitment process.
• Consistent billing history (e.g. £120k+ GP annually) and a consultative approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for permanent Digital, Data and Tech roles.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Win new business and grow existing accounts.
• Source and recruit across Digital, Data and Technology markets.
• Lead from the front to build pipelines and headhunt top talent.
• Support the growth of the permanent recruitment division.
