Randstad Digital in Bristol is seeking a driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to own end-to-end IT recruitment. You’ll source, screen and present IT talent while building and expanding your client portfolio through proactive business development and relationships.

You’ll write engaging job advertisements, leverage databases and job boards, and collaborate with a high-performing team. The role offers flexible scheduling and a commission structure that rewards success.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT permanent recruitment, covering new business development and recruiting.
• Proven track record of building and growing client relationships and managing key accounts.
• Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates using databases, job boards, and other recruitment tools.

Responsibilities
