Job summary

Stealth iT Consulting is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to drive new business development, win new client accounts, and grow revenue across permanent, contract and SoW engagements. You will build senior relationships and own your desk, with autonomy to develop both new and existing client partnerships.

The role focuses on technology recruitment across IT, Digital, Data, Cloud, Cyber Security and Transformation, with hybrid working 2–3 days in our London office.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in opening new client accounts and driving revenue.
• Technology recruitment experience highly desirable.
• Ability to build senior client relationships and manage multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target and win new client accounts.
• Develop existing client relationships and expand revenue across service lines.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders across consulting, technology, public sector and enterprise organisations.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offers and placements.
• Identify opportunities across permanent, contract, SoW and wider workforce solutions.
• Develop long-term client partnerships through market insight and a consultative approach.
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates across technology markets.
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets and maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to business growth.
