Job summary

CyberForce Global is seeking an Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead end-to-end recruitment in Cyber, SaaS and AI. You will own the full 360 process, attracting and placing senior talent for VC-backed tech firms from London and beyond.

You'll build relationships with founders and hiring leaders, win new clients, and manage both retained and contingent searches while developing a strong market network and closing high-value offers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' recruitment experience (360 preferred).
• Confidence speaking with senior stakeholders.
• High levels of resilience and self-motivation.
• A naturally competitive mentality.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full 360 recruitment process for Cyber, SaaS and AI roles.
• Build relationships with founders, executives and hiring leaders across VC-backed tech companies.
• Win and grow new client partnerships.
• Manage retained and contingent searches.
• Develop long-term candidate networks within your specialist market.
• Negotiate offers and close high-value placements.
