Apollo Solutions in London is seeking a Senior 360 Recruitment Consultant to lead a desk within our US Technology team. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, build client relationships and source top talent across software engineering, data and AI.

You’ll join a global brand with dedicated mentorship, uncapped commission and strong earning potential, plus quarterly incentives and international travel opportunities as you shape your career trajectory.

Qualifications

• Experience in a 360 permanent recruitment role with BD and client management.
• Recruitment experience in Technology (Software Eng, Data, AI).
• Commercial mindset with passion for winning new business and relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, from business development and client acquisition through to candidate management, offer negotiation and successful placements.
• Generate new business through strategic, proactive outreach.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and candidates across the US Technology market.
• Negotiate commercial terms, offers and contracts to achieve successful outcomes for all parties.
• Drive the growth of your desk while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team.
