Job summary

ASOS is hiring a Senior Recruiter to lead a technically focused portfolio across Agentic AI, Platform Engineering, Cyber Security, Infrastructure and Solution Architecture. You’ll partner with senior Technology leaders on role design, assessment and decision‑making, delivering high‑quality hires and driving continuous improvement.

You’ll work with a high‑performing Talent Acquisition team, shaping hiring standards and using AI-enabled tools to boost speed and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in an in‑house recruiting role or embedded talent consultancy.
• Strong focus on specialist Technology hiring across engineering, infrastructure, security or AI.
• Credible engagement with technical talent and translating needs into search and assessment strategies.
• Experience using structured assessment methods to support decisions.
• Ability to lead process improvements in recruiting workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment strategy and delivery for a specialist Technology portfolio.
• Deliver high‑quality hires at pace with strong judgement and prioritisation.
• Partner with Technology leaders on market insight, role design and assessment quality.
• Lead complex searches using LinkedIn Recruiter, hackajob and SmartRecruiters.
• Apply structured assessment and inclusive interview practices.
• Drive continuous improvement in tools, processes and ways of working.
