Job summary

ASOS is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead a technically focused portfolio across Agentic AI, Platform Engineering, Cyber Security, Infrastructure and Solution Architecture. You will shape the end-to-end recruitment strategy, partner with senior Technology leaders, and build a diverse, high-performing team.

You’ll lead complex searches, drive inclusive hiring practices, and use AI-enabled tools to improve speed and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in an in-house recruiting role with a focus on specialist technology hiring.
• Credibly engage technical talent and translate complex needs into clear search strategies.
• Ability to lead process improvements and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment strategy and delivery for a specialist Technology portfolio.
• Deliver world-class hires at pace with strong judgement and inclusive practices.
• Partner with Technology, Engineering, Security and Infrastructure leaders as a trusted advisor.
• Lead complex searches for Agentic AI, Platform Engineering, Cyber Security, and related roles.
• Apply structured assessments and inclusive interview practices for fair decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement of tools, processes and candidate experience.
• Utilise AI-enabled recruitment tools to improve speed and quality.
• Plan effectively, manage risks, and keep stakeholders aligned and informed.
• Act as ASOS ambassador with credibility, inclusivity and professionalism.
