Job summary

Capsa, the AI Operating System for Private Capital, is hiring a talent recruiter to land exceptional engineers for senior roles across backend, fullstack, platform and AI. You'll work directly with the CTO and engineering leads, alongside our Talent Lead and contract recruiter, measuring success by hires made rather than activity.

You will drive a live engineering hiring plan, source engineers who aren’t applying, run a tight candidate‑first process, and close offers.

Qualifications

• Five+ years hiring senior software engineers.
• Proven outbound sourcing experience.
• Ability to discuss backend and AI/ML with engineers.
• Knowledge of the London engineering talent landscape.
• Familiar with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter and AI sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive live senior engineering searches from intake to offer.
• Build target lists and multi-channel outreach.
• Screen for technical depth and ownership.
• Close offers and manage competing processes.
• Deliver reusable sourcing playbooks.
