Capsa in London is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to own the backend powering an AI platform used by leading PE firms. You will design and build scalable services, implement agentic workflows, document ingestion, search, and APIs, and take features from idea to production.

You will work across the stack with startup veterans, receive meaningful equity, and have the opportunity to ship impactful systems at pace in a high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• Five or more years building production backend systems in a venture-backed startup or top tech firm.

Responsibilities

• Own backend systems end-to-end for the AI platform.
• Design and build scalable backend services and APIs.
• Take features from ideation to production and own them in operation.
• Measure impact and drive ongoing improvements.
