Job summary

Duetto is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Technical Services to orchestrate the company's most complex global implementations. You will act as the central project owner across time zones, coordinating multi-property engagements and absorbing strategic planning beyond regional coverage.

In this role you will develop project management capabilities, mentor teams, and direct end-to-end deployment from kickoff to go-live while managing executive relationships and risk mitigation with senior client

Qualifications

• 6-8 years project management experience delivering revenue management or similar platform implementations.
• Direct experience coordinating across time zones and multi-property deployments.
• Ability to own executive-level conversations with client stakeholders and manage risk.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate strategic delivery across overlapping, multi-property engagements.
• Direct end-to-end deployment from kickoff to go-live for complex projects.
• Establish client relationships and navigate difficult executive discussions.
