Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager in the CTO - Enterprise Services & Platforms group to drive delivery of complex technology programs within a regulated financial services environment.

You will combine program leadership with data engineering depth to shape modern data platforms and data products. The role requires advanced analytical reasoning, exceptional communication, and governance discipline to deliver aligned outcomes with business goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading complex technology programs in a large organization.
• Experience using enterprise‑approved AI capabilities to support program workflows with strong validation and data sensitivity awareness.
• Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans and risks; escalate when uncertain.
• Advanced stakeholder management across cross‑functional teams and clients.
• Proven track record of managing resources, budgets and high‑performing teams in agile environments.
• Ability to translate complex technical/delivery topics into actionable executive updates.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans with timelines and resources for technology solutions.
• Own end‑to‑end CI/CD management for program delivery and release automation across environments.
• Leverage enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate planning, RAID, and executive updates; ensure data handling compliance.
• Identify and mitigate risks; implement contingency plans to maintain momentum.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define program scope and deliverables.
• Produce executive dashboards and narratives highlighting tradeoffs, risks, budgets, and recommendations.
