Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager to drive complex technology programs within the CTO's Enterprise Services & Platforms.

You will combine strong program leadership with data engineering depth to shape modern data platforms and data products in a regulated financial services environment. You will influence decision-making, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver executive-level reporting while upholding risk management and delivery quality.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management.
• Experience using enterprise AI capabilities with validation and data handling.
• Strong stakeholder management across cross-functional teams and clients.
• Proven ability to manage resources, budgets, and deliver in agile settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans with requirements, resources, and timelines.
• Own end-to-end CI/CD management for program delivery and release automation.
• Leverage enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate planning and risk synthesis.
• Identify and mitigate risks, and implement contingency plans to maintain momentum.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define scope and deliverables.
• Produce executive narratives and dashboards translating complex topics into actionable insights.
• Utilize data-driven optimizations to improve program efficiency and effectiveness.
• Champion agile delivery, governance routines, and continuous improvement.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for program governance and reporting.
