Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, warehouse network design, logistics engineering, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of warehouse network planning, operations, and logistics processes; knowledge of automation.
• Vendor management and cross-functional project delivery experience.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven improvement ability.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication, across functions.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Experience in European supply chains, e-commerce, or cross-border logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supply chain optimization: identify areas for improvement and reduce inbound defects.
• Automation and process innovation: research warehouse tech and design smart sorting/storage solutions.
• Data-driven process optimization: analyze inventory turnover, lead times, and SOPs.
• Project management and implementation: lead efficiency projects with suppliers and internal teams.
• Supplier and cost management: screen logistics providers and optimize procurement costs.
• Cross-department collaboration: work with product, R&D, sales and marketing to upgrade the supply chain.
